4/6/2005: A Producer's Cut of Executioner Syndrome is on its way.  Most movies add footage; we're taking a bunch out.  The director got a little carried away, and his since been fired by the producer, who is now planning on cutting it down to less than 30 minutes.

NOTE: There will be no more information regarding the screening on this web site.  All future information must be obtained by Mr. Ford himself.

9/3/2004: Act III of ES is now complete, and so is the ENTIRE MOVIE.  In the end it clocked in at more than 47 minutes-- feature length.  But the length alone is not the most important thing.  More importantly, it is an excellent movie, and is very well put together and very entertaining to watch.

9/1/2004: Act II of ES is now complete.

8/31/2004: Act I of ES is now complete.

8/1/2004: Filming for Executioner Syndrome is set to start in a few days.

7/15/2004: Ratman Origins, the long-awaited fourth Ratman movie, is now completed.

7/13/2004: The observant will notice that this site has gone through a drastic face lift.  This can be thanked not only to the miracle of Botox, but also to Brent Royal-Gordon.  Some may remember him as the noise ordinance violator in Ratman One, and few will remember him as that random guy in journey TO gehenna.  Today he is the technical consultant that we owe the slightly-less-shitty look of this site to.  From all of us at Universal Studios, thank you Brent.

7/12/2004: We are officially announcing 'Executioner Syndrome', a film which has actually been in the works since February.  Now it is official, we are beginning casting, and a web site has been launched in its honor.

5/12/2004: Bios page updated

4/21/2004: From the ashes of Ratman vs. Mantar comes Ratman Origins.  This short film delves deep into the heart of the Ratman character, and answers questions about where he came from, and who he is.

4/17/2004: Progress for the next film, unofficially titled 'Science Fair' is progressing.  Some footage is 'in the can' so expect a June or July release.

3/7/2004: Bittersweet news.  We are officially canceling Ratman vs. Mantar.  It was a combination of reasons, but in the end we feel it was the best decision.  This will not affect other Ratman projects, like Ratman The Musical, or a possible LRM 2.  Thanks anyway to Kathrynn Cobbs, Joseph Suzuki, and Kevin Kao for their support.  Their work will not go to waste.

2/27/2004: The premiere of The Fellowship of the Nine was today.  The cast party was a lot of fun.  Thank you to the Ross family for hosting it.  You can find the movie in the usual MW Studios method!

2/20/2004: The Fellowship of the Nine was officially declared COMPLETELY DONE today!!!  The cast party/ premiere is scheduled for Friday 2/27 @ 7 PM (not 5, as thought before).  For more information, contact those in the know.  If you are one of the 11 lucky people to have acted in this film, then you are invited.

2/6/2004: Cult is almost complete, and should be released in the next few weeks.  On that note, its name has been changed to 'The Fellowship of the Nine'.  Check it out here.

1/27/2004: MW Studios now has a store at Cafepress.com.  Please visit it to purchase Ratman T-shirts, and other more tasteless items.  Remember, a small percent goes back to us to be reinvested into more Ratman movies.

1/14/2004: OK we have (finally) found a new host for the trailer.  You can access it here.  Basically what happened, is MW Studios uses FileSpace to host trailers.  The day after posting it, FileSpace shut down, in part because of too much traffic.  (ahem, our trailer)  Now, we are back up and working.  So please, enjoy the movie.

1/4/2004: Technical issues with the trailer.  Blame BrentDax, not us.  Should be running soon though.

1/1/2004: The trailer for Ratman vs. Mantar is now released and available.  Go see it today!

12/8/2003: Mad props to Jeremy Ross who has started a new trend.  After his generous donation to MW Studios he has been made Executive Producer of Ratman vs. Mantar!

12/6/2003: Today was a quite successful day of filming.  The first few minutes of Ratman vs. Mantar are basically filmed, and some more of Cult was filmed as well.  Huge thanks to everyone involved!  Expect a trailer soon.  Next filming day is scheduled for this coming Monday (12/8).

12/2/2003: Wow things are busy.  A little update on what's going on.  LRM2 has been pushed back, and we hope to start Ratman vs. Mantar next week, if at all possible.  Filming is winding down for Cult, which should be released at the latest by January.  There have been some rumors flying around about Ratman: The Musical, and those rumors are true.  It's still in the planning stages, and is fairly distant, though.  Also, CFF is (hopefully) hard at work on an advertisement for Ratman's sponsor: Rat Cream.

11/11/2003: The outline for League of Ratman's sequel is complete, and filming will start before Mantar filming.  We are hoping to start early December, and that the original cast will return.  The only thing that remains is to find a suitable actor to play the movie's villain.

11/6/2003: The astute will notice that this web site has gotten a face lift.  It now looks mega-cool and kick-ass.  The more special among us will not.

10/20/2003: Today Ratman's Halloween Special was released to the adoring public.  Look for it from a friend or find a VCD of it.... NOW!!!

10/18/2003: Thursday was successful day of filming.  All of the Halloween Special was filmed.  The movie will be released ASAP.

10/14/2003: Ratman's Halloween special will be filmed this coming Thursday (10/16).  Be there or be cube!

10/5/2003: Today part of Cult was filmed, along with the Director Michael Weinreich's perspective on Ratman.

10/3/2003: This Sunday (10/5) we will be filming Ratman Anthology, which is actually now called Ratman vs. Mantar.  If you would like to be a part of the Rat Crew, then please drop us a line.

9/12/2003: Today was the opening day of journey to gehenna.  Go get your copy today.  Due to casting difficulties, cult will most likely not be filmed this weekend.  However, as the script for Anthology nears completion, the casting begins.

9/9/2003: OK it's official.  The cast party/ premiere for journey TO gehenna is scheduled for 3:00, September 12th, at Michael's house.  Available there will be the much-anticipated VCD's for the movie.  Also, filming for Cult is tentatively scheduled for this coming weekend.

9/8/2003: The premiere for gehenna is coming, and sooner than you once thought.  To celebrate the release of the ultimate, special edition VCD, loaded with features, one of the deleted scenes has been made available online, for your viewing pleasure.

9/7/2003: Filming did not take place last weekend- it just didn't work out.  However, the premiere for journey TO gehenna is tentatively planned for this Friday, September 7th.  After that it will be released to the public.

9/3/2003: The fate of filming this coming weekend is not as certain as it was a few days ago.  Most likely we will be able to film one day, and not the other.  There is a chance that the project may get pushed up until the following weekend (9/14 and 9/15).

9/1/2003: A filming day has been scheduled for next weekend (September 6th and 7th).  We will be filming the quasi-sequel to journey TO gehenna.  If you would like to be involved in this please contact us.

8/31/2003: This web site did have some technical difficulties a few days ago.  It appears to be fine now.  If you were inconvenienced by this we apologize.

8/23/2003: Due to some technical difficulties with FileSpace, the firm which hosts the Ratman trailer, the URL has been slightly moved.  All of the links on this site have been updated, and now work.  If you tried to access the trailer and could not, we apologize.

8/9/2003: LRM is finished.  Its release date is today and this time, no delays.  That's because the movie sucks.  Well, not really.  It is not near the quality of Ratman One, but is a good thing to tide you over until Gehenna is released.  The next project on the agenda... Ratman Anthology.

8/2/2003: Today all of LRM was filmed.  Yay!  It should be released very shortly.  Also, Gehenna is almost done.  A rough edit is now complete, and will be previewed to people who's opinions matter.  Now on to Ratman Three...

7/29/2003: RATMAN is officially released to the public today!!!  Get your copy today.  Either burn it from a friend, or donate a mere $3 to MW Studios (to cover shipping costs) and we will send you a copy.

7/28/2003: Ugh.  We here at MW Studios hate delay, but sometimes it happens weather you like it or not.  The Ratman One Discs have been pushed until tomorrow (7/29), and filming of LRM has been pushed to next Saturday (8/2), at 12:30, at David's house.  If you would like to be involved in this, then please contact us.

7/25/2003: LRM filming is scheduled for Sunday (7/27) and Monday (7/28).  If you would like to be involved, please e-mail Michael.  Assuming everything goes to plan, this film should be available online by Wednesday (7/30).

7/22/2003: A final update for the release schedule: showing is tomorrow  (7/23) at 4 PM at Michael's house.  VCD's will be available the following Monday (7/28) because of some technical issues that still must be dealt with.  Either that same Monday or the Tuesday after it, the movie will be available online, much in the same way that the trailer is now.  Then soon after that it will be available on LimeWire, and possibly Kazaa.

7/21/2003: A trailer for Ratman has been released.  It is available online here thanks to the cool people (or person) at BrentDax.com.  If you really can't wait for the premiere, which is by the way at Michael Weinreich's house at 4 PM this Wednesday (7/23), or if you're not a VIP, then go there NOW and see the trailer.

7/20/2003: OK Ratman has gone gold, so to speak.  Here's the latest schedule of events: Wednesday (7/23) is the premiere party.  At this event the movie shall be distributed to all involved.  Expect to see it on Kazaa on Thursday (7/24).  YES you have our official permission right here to share this on the internet.  We won't sue you or anything.  Just tell everyone how cool Ratman is, and spread it around.  If you are lucky enough to get a VCD, then, please, burn copies for your friends.

7/18/2003: Not only is Ratman One done being filmed, but as of today, it is just plain done.  The editing is now finished.  Cast and crew: expect a premiere party soon.

7/16/2003: Today was a successful day of filming.  In fact, we are now COMPLETELY FINISHED filming Ratman One.  You knew this day had to come some time, and now it has... now on to Ratman Two.  But I think we'll wait a few weeks for that at least.  Once editing has been completed it should be available for free on VCD's, playable in your DVD player.  We here at MW Studios don't really care if you burn copies for your friends, just as long as you tell them how cool MW Studios is.  That's cause we're really egotistical!

7/15/2003: Filming is currently planned for this Wednesday (7/16) and this Thursday (7/17).  If you want to be involved then IM, e-mail, or call Michael.

7/13/2003: Another day of filming today.  The last scene of Ratman was filmed.  Now all that remains are the transitions.
